It Started With a Square
Carré began the way most good things do — late at night, in a small kitchen in Lahore, with too much Belgian chocolate and an obsession with getting the fudgy centre exactly right. Batch after batch, the tray came out flat, then dry, then perfect.
Carré means square in French — a small, honest shape that holds a lot of joy. That's what we wanted to bake into every box.
